HLD provided the design and construction documents for this prestigious resort for the areas surrounding the remodeled clubhouse and pro shop, including the entry to the clubhouse, as well as the outdoor dining area with a unique fire pit. One of the most exciting areas of our focus was the pond around the second hole of the golf course. Our hands-on approach to the design process allowed us to develop the dynamic natural character of the pond, thereby maintaining the naturalistic style of Pete Dye, the renowned golf course designer.
