This cutting edge 47 unit Housing development is a collaborative effort between Clarum Homes, an ecologically-oriented developer, EDI Architecture, and HLD Group. All of the single-family homes are built with "zero energy" technology. The community will include innovative bioswales to capture and filter rain water on-site. A one acre park with a craftsman-style gazebo will serve as a central neighborhood feature. HLD Group will design all front yards and streetscape planting, incorporating recycled materials, pervious paving, mortarless stacked wall systems, FSC Certified lumber, and native plants.
