Linda Court

A proposed single-family residential community soon to be built in Los Gatos, Linda Court is an example of green building in action. Our design includes many ecologically oriented techniques, such as natural percolation of water on site, the use of pervious materials, and native, drought-tolerant planting. The design includes water-conserving drip irrigation and "smart" ET weather-based irrigation controllers. All runoff water will drain to bioswales, where it naturally percolates into the ground. In addition a plan for the restoration of adjacent Ross Creek is included in our design and will remove invasive, non-native plant species and replace them with native, riparian species.
