HLD Group was involved in all aspects of site planning and project theme development for this 296 unit complex. A large 'Active Green Belt' runs through the center of the project and is flanked by a resort style swimming pool and structured play areas. Landscape lighting, specialty paving, project entry signage, and swimming pool layout are all elements designed by HLD. We developed a plant palette that is low-maintenance and integrated a 'state of the art' drip irrigation system for long-term water savings.
