The Plumed Horse

The Plumed Horse is a successful model of mixed-use environmental design, built even before the popularity and necessity of mixed-use development entered the scene. The remodeled restaurant and podium condominiums deliver an inviting streetscape atmosphere, surrounded by intimate living spaces. This unique project features a series of wood arbors, lushly planted raised planters over a podium structure, and an innovative paving design. Tim Hoagland managed the design team while employed with DDA, Inc.
