Built in conjunction with Sunset Magazine and Clarum Homes the Idea Homes demonstrate the latest in "green" building practices. Our landscape design includes many eco-friendly features, such as recycled or reclaimed materials, permeable hardscaping, and native plantings. Raised vegetable beds and fruit trees in the landscape provide organic, homegrown food, always a plus for the "green-minded" homeowner.
