This 125-plus unit residential subdivision was completed in 1998 and at the time it was the largest housing development in Santa Cruz County in 25 years. HLD Group provided design and construction documentation for the apartments, town homes and single-family detached houses, using a lush palette of drought tolerant and native plants. Featured in this design is an intimate park with a community swimming pool and recreation building, combining aesthetics with multi-user functionality.
